CLIM stands for Cheri Legacy in Motion. The company was named in honor of the late great Cheri McPhee — my aunt, my inspiration, and the reason this work exists.
Cheri was love in action. She believed in people before they believed in themselves, showed up when it mattered, and made everyone feel seen. Her legacy is not just a name; it is the standard we carry into every client relationship, every workshop, and every community effort.
The word CLIM also reflects our belief in the collective climb — the idea that communities, businesses, and families move forward when they move together. That spirit runs through everything we do: strong systems, clear communication, and people who show up. Cheri’s legacy lives on in that work.

I am Johnetta Henry, founder of CLIM Solutions. With 20 years of administrative and office management experience, 15 years of charity and community work, 9 years in real estate compliance, and hands-on nonprofit and marketing experience, I built CLIM to put my expertise to work for businesses, professionals, and community members — delivering structure, clarity, and results. I have spent my career supporting executive leaders, streamlining operations, coordinating large-scale events, and guiding compliance and educational programs across the Twin Cities. CLIM is the natural next step — a company where I use my experience to serve directly, while keeping Cheri’s legacy at the center of everything I do.

CLIM Consulting is high-level executive assistant support — in-person or virtual — with deep expertise in streamlining, processing, and organization. From executive calendars and workflows to SOPs and admin systems, we bring order and efficiency to founders, executives, nonprofits, and small teams.
CE & Professional Compliance
CLIM CE & Professional Compliance supports CE providers, instructors, and real estate organizations with course submissions, instructor approvals, curriculum development, and Department of Commerce compliance. Backed by 7 years of experience as a DOC coordinator.
CLIM Creative
CLIM Creative is our marketing and media arm — producing promotional videos, flyers, social content, branded merch, and event collateral for small businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations across the Twin Cities.
CLIM Community Collective
The Collective is the heart of CLIM Solutions — a community-centered hub offering free workshops, classes, homeownership education, financial literacy, youth programs, and event promotion. We host CLIM-led events and uplift community events across the Twin Cities.
