I am Johnetta Henry, founder of CLIM Solutions. With 20 years of administrative and office management experience, 15 years of charity and community work, 9 years in real estate compliance, and hands-on nonprofit and marketing experience, I built CLIM to put my expertise to work for businesses, professionals, and community members — delivering structure, clarity, and results. I have spent my career supporting executive leaders, streamlining operations, coordinating large-scale events, and guiding compliance and educational programs across the Twin Cities. CLIM is the natural next step — a company where I use my experience to serve directly, while keeping Cheri’s legacy at the center of everything I do.
